Licensed Practical Nurse
Location:
707 N Elm St, High Point, NC 27262
Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 7am – 3:30pm | 3pm - 11:30pm | 11pm - 7am (Five days in a week that includes EOW)
Contract:
9 weeks
Start: TBD

Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1
-2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred. - Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADL’s, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RN’s.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
