Provide specialized care to patients, treating them according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.

Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.

• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
