Registered Nurse; RN - Ortho​/Urology

Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) – 36‑bed medical‑surgical unit caring for adult patients 18‑100+ years old with diagnoses including general surgery, urology, GI surgery, wound care, traumatic injuries, and inpatient medicine. The team consists of RNs, LPNs, and NAs.

Part‑time, 24 hours per week, 2 × 12‑hour shifts. Schedule 7:00 am–7:00 pm with weekend rotation. Pay range $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Benefits eligible:

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
• More than 1 year of RN experience.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making, communicate compassionately, and lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.

The RN participates in interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.
