Horizon Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our opioid clinic in High Point, NC. The LPN will delegate, coordinate, and evaluate patient care with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and OTP standards of care.
Responsibilities include dispensing methadone and other medications, maintaining patient records, performing brief assessments, coordinating reviews with physicians, and educating patients. Per diem schedule; training occurs first week.
