  • 1:1 Patient Care
  • 24/7 On-Call Assistance

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized care: treat patients according to the active plan of care.
  • Administer medication with expertise, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Qualifications
  • Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
  • Good Organization and Effective Communication.
  • Home Health Experience (preferred).
