- Pay Range: $2129.40 - $2235.87
- Schedule: 07:00:00 to 15:00:00
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
- Requirements: Connect with your recruiter for role-specific requirements
- Provide nursing care to patients in a home setting, following physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on health management and safety
- Document patient care activities accurately using Homecare Homebase EMR
