Are you an experienced nursing leader looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those on the path to recovery? Pavillon's substance use and alcohol treatment program located in Mill Spring, North Carolina has an immediate need for an experienced Nursing Manager to manage the nursing department and nursing care services for Pavillon's residential and extended care treatment programs.

Education Requirements
:
Registered Nurse

Experience Requirement
:
Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in Psych and/or Substance Use Disorder treatment setting, or comparable experience.

License: North Carolina RN License

Job Summary:

Manage the nursing department and nursing care services for the Pavillon residential and extended care treatment programs in collaboration with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary team.

Insure Nursing is represented as an active member of the treatment team, including attendance at morning meetings and treatment team meetings. Oversee all nursing staff and their provision of services as defined by the policies and procedures. Coordinate services provided by medical staff, including contract medical staff. This is a working management position, requiring unit coverage on at least a part-time basis in addition to overseeing and managing staff..
