Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health, to provide care for client employees at our Health Center in High Point, North Carolina. The role features a consistent Wednesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule with three 12-hour shifts and four days off each week.
You will perform nursing evaluations, collaborate with physicians, and manage care for workplace injuries and wellness programs with a high degree of autonomy.
