Registered Nurse Supervisor

Meridian Center - NC in Burlington is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care for short-term rehab and long-term residents, and ensure high clinical and quality standards. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication and treatment administration, EMR documentation, staffing oversight, and coaching CNAs and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff delivering care to short-term rehab and long-term residents
• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and update individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, including wound care and IV therapies, per orders
• Monitor resident status, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate with providers
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation and compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead shift huddles, assign workloads, and oversee staffing and scheduling needs
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate CNAs and nurses to promote clinical excellence and teamwork
• Collaborate with therapy, social work, and other disciplines on care conferences and discharges
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction in all aspects of care
• Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and survey/readiness activities
