The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care through compassionate and efficient application of nursing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions to achieve care goals.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor's preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
