Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, skilled in-home hospice care. You will build relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients in their homes.
The role requires an active RN license in the state, CPR/BCLS certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience (hospice preferred). A valid driver’s license is also required.
