Registered Nurse – Staffing Pool (Float)
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Staffing Pool (Float) team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. This role offers diverse clinical exposure and strong opportunities for skill development. Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Float across units based on patient care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders
- Respond to complex patient conditions and prioritize care effectively
- Active RN License (NC) + BLS
- 1+ year of nursing experience in Similar settings would be preferred
- ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)
- Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Based on years of experience
- Shift Differentials: Nights ($6/hr), Weekends ($10/hr), + more
- Up to $40K retention bonus + relocation assistance
