• Travel assignment
• Hours and shifts to be discussed during interview and based on facility needs

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Stepdown/Progressive Care experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced settings

• Monitor and care for acutely ill patients transitioning from the ICU
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other allied health professionals
• Provide patient and family education regarding ongoing care and recovery
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
