Fresenius Medical Care in North Carolina seeks an entry-level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 to begin the Clinical Advancement Program. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for an assigned patient group, with emphasis on home dialysis training and outcomes.
As part of the ESKD care team, you will educate patients and families, document care plans, and support safe delivery of home dialysis therapies under supervision. An RN license and CPR/BLS are required.
