What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care for a Level I nursery with approximately 600 deliveries annually
- Conduct daily rounds on newborns and attend deliveries as needed
- Manage stabilization, treatment, and transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs
- Collaborate with a team of NNPs and neonatologists in a supportive work environment
- Contribute to the startup of a new 10-bed LDRP Neonatal Unit at Caro Mont Regional Medical Center-Belmont
- Maintain clinical excellence while working in a facility recognized for outstanding care
What You Need:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent NNP experience in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and transport management
- Ability to work independently in a new facility with a team-oriented mindset
