Quality Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Quality & Process Improvement Manager to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within our client's manufacturing operations in High Point, NC. This role ensures products consistently meet established quality standards while driving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain quality control systems for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conduct audits, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and drive Lean/process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality and productivity; provide data-driven reports to leadership.
• Train and support staff on quality standards and continuous improvement tools.
• Maintain compliance with certifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of quality and process improvement experience in manufacturing (textile industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
