1st shift & 2nd shift positions available

Sirius Staffing is hiring Quality Auditors for a fulfillment center in Whitsett, NC. This role performs and confirms production and quality control audits, ensuring compliance with corporate and customer specifications.

• Perform and support production and quality control audits to ensure compliance with corporate and customer specifications and standards
• Inspect and test products, evaluating dimensional and visual characteristics in accordance with quality management systems
• Support a range of quality functions within a production environment
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements
• Provide professional and responsive support across quality-related activities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operations, manufacturing, or production environments
• Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Ability to learn quickly, make sound decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and initiative in task execution
• Professional attitude with reliable, team-oriented work behavior
