Job Summary
MCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will provide the necessary labor, materials, and equipment in support of the performance of Quality Control (QC) on all work, in accordance with the Contract. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will ensure that performance objectives and standards identified in this Contract are met.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure that performance objectives and standards identified in this Contract are met.
- Establish and maintain a complete site- specific Quality Control Program (QCP) that is acceptable to the COR and CO to ensure the requirements of the Contract are provided.
- Identify deficiencies in the quality of services performed throughout the Contractor’s performance of this PWS and implement corrective action before the level of performance becomes unsatisfactory.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in quality control reviewing plans and specifications for Task Orders, planned by planning and estimating staff, and performing a final review of the work performed to ensure quality of final product, code compliance, work plan specifications compliance, plus five (5) years of Project Management experience.
