Maola is seeking a Lab Tech in High Point, NC for the 2nd shift (12:30 PM–11:00 PM, alternating 4‑day weeks). You will perform QA/QC testing on finished products and ingredients, validate results, and maintain antibiotic testing certifications.
Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to ensure product quality and safety. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or BS in Food/Biological Sciences, or 2+ years QA/QC in a related facility are preferred.
