Responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Supply Chain Quality function to ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, reliability, regulatory, and performance requirements. This role will build and mature a customer-focused service organization, develop a high-performing team, and partner with key stakeholders to drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. This role will also lead the organization’s supplier quality strategy, governance, and performance management programs and hold responsibility for building organizational capability, implementing scalable quality processes, and gaining alignment across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Construction, Project Management, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and implement the Supply Chain Quality strategy, operating model, and governance framework that delivers value to internal stakeholders.
