Catering Team Member

Job Description:

Join our Chick-fil-A team as a Catering Assistant! In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver catering orders to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure catering orders are prepared correctly, packaged properly, and delivered on time with the exceptional service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and organize catering orders according to customer specifications

* Deliver orders to businesses, events, and residences in a timely manner

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments

* Set up catering displays at delivery locations when required

* Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders

* Assist with food preparation

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and vehicles

* Provide exceptional customer service representing the Chick-fil-A brand

Requirements:

* Self-motivated with strong work ethic

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Capable of working well under pressure

* Valid driver's license with clean driving record

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

* Food handling experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

* Part-time position (20-30 hours per week)

* Flexible availability required

* Early morning shifts available (starting as early as 5:00 AM)

* Evening availability required (may need to stay late during busy periods)

* Must be available to work extended hours during holidays and special events

* Closed on Sundays
