InDemand Services is a Retail Service Organization (RSO) specializing in product merchandising, store fixture installation, and signage installation. Our teams work inside Big Box store locations on projects ranging from new stores to remodels to nationwide rollouts and regionalized resets.

You will lead, supervise, and work alongside your team in performing general fixture installations and merchandising tasks in Nationwide Retail Stores. Team Leads read instructions such as Blueprints and Plan‑O‑Grams “POG/MOD” and follow them to ensure product presentation matches client standards. Duties include removing old fixtures, installing new fixtures, adjusting shelves/pegs, moving products, applying labels/price tags, cleaning the work area, building fixtures for new store environments, and setting heavy‑duty racking along with anchoring per client blueprints.

- One year of fixture‑installing experience in a Big Box retail environment, specifically within single or multiple store departments
- One year of leadership experience in a Big Box retail environment
- One year of experience stocking shelves and/or processing freight within a Big Box retail environment
- You desire to lead by example with the grace of authority, embracing and adapting to change while maintaining respect, dignity, and compassion
- You exude a positive attitude and sustain contagious energy throughout the entire shift
- You monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, receive complaints, and resolve problems
- You grade each team member weekly and submit performance reports
- You maintain time‑keeping records using the company’s tracking system
- You read and interpret retailer‑specific Plan‑O‑Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations per instructions
- You can work shifts that may include 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd
- General problem‑solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tools: screwdrivers, pliers, tape measure, and level, etc.
- Must own OSHA‑certified safety toe shoes
- Must be able to bend, walk/stand for 8–10 hours per shift, and lift 50 lbs.
- Must pass a criminal background check upon hire
