Job Description

Assistant Manager for Domino's Pizza store responsible for supervising staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily store operations including staffing, inventory control, cash management, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, image, and marketing standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer relations.
• Assist with scheduling and staff training.
• Monitor store profitability and address operational issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or food service preferred.
• Strong math skills for cash and inventory handling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for delivery duties).

• Standing for the majority of shift; frequent walking.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs and stacking to 72 inches high.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, and reach up to 72 inches.
• Work in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+).
• Exposure to food odors, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Ability to work during rain, snow, wind, and other adverse weather.

• Deliver pizza, flyers, and door hangers by car.
• Drive within designated delivery area, navigating multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites.
• Carry and load delivery items while driving and walking between store and vehicle.
• Maintain a safe driving record and vehicle access.

Potential for advancement to franchise ownership or corporate management positions.
