Store Manager – Pandora @ Mayfaire Town Center Responsibilities

  • The Store Manager will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture and products while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences by spending quality time on the sales floor and engaging with customers.
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
  • Embrace the store culture and exceed individual and store sales goals through genuine connections with fans.
  • Drive performance beyond commercial targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to help achieve KPIs.
  • Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
  • Recruit and inspire talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve any performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize talent, brand, operations and fan experience to guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Results‑oriented leader with 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen coupled with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Talent magnet—expert in recruiting, retaining and developing exceptional teams, succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays; standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.

Salary Range: 55,000 – 69,000 USD.
