Salary and Schedule Details
  • Your starting hourly pay rate will be $13.50 to $15.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
  • Paid training is provided through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.
  • Hallmark part‑time employees receive voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and other coverages.

  • This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
  • Average weekly hours for this position are between 6 – 11 hours per week

  • Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required

  • Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device provided by Hallmark. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer required surveys for merchandising activities. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
  • Holiday support: Provide additional days and extended hours during major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May be required to work on the holidays themselves, including weekends.
  • Department resets: Participate in installations and various tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
  • One Team Vision: Support other team members in their territories as part of Hallmark's field organization.
Physical Requirements

Requires a high level of energy and urgency. Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • Have access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
  • Have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
