DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a passionate, people‑first store leader to oversee store operations. The Store Manager is committed to their team, customers, and the community they serve. They are accountable for increasing company business results and delivering operational goals while prioritizing coaching and development. They lead the interview/hiring process, build an effective team, drive sales and profitability, control expenses, oversee floor sets, maintain visual standards, and participate in community engagement.

They protect the store against loss through compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash‑handling procedures.

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring a hassle‑free shopping experience for all customers.
• Build and develop a diverse and high‑performing team, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and respected.
• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction, data analysis, and store loss prevention.
• Control expenses and manage workforce budgeting.
• Ensure floor sets and visual standards are executed and met, and that the store is clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage with local community leaders and support community involvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and loss‑prevention guidelines.

• 3 years of Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer‑focused experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong people‑management skills and ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
