TJX Companies is hiring for a role supporting receiving and merchandising standards in a fast-paced store environment. You will ensure efficient processing, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will train Associates, manage tag/tier/stock processes, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. Must be able to lift heavy objects and work nights/weekends. Prior retail and leadership experience preferred.
