Lead Team Members perform the duties of a Team Member and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader;
Provide superior customer service to exceed customer expectations;
Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise;
Assist in merchandising the store and rotating products to drive sales;
Open and close the store under direction of Store Team Leader when needed.
