Engage with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences and upsell merchandise and services;
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with online orders for in-store pickup;
Maintain store cleanliness and pet safety standards and provide direct care to store pets;
Assist with price changes, merchandising, and stocking to meet floor plan requirements;
Promote events and programs (adoptions, treats enrollment, etc.) and support store operations as needed
