Position Overview:
We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals who are ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow into future leaders. This is a full-time, in-person role that starts with hands-on sales and client acquisition and builds into team leadership and management through ongoing mentorship and training.

What You'll Be Trained On & Responsible For:

• Customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions (lead-based)
• Managing and maintaining client accounts
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with and training new team members
• Participating in daily leadership and business development workshops

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mandatory Hours
• Saturday | 09:00 AM – 3:00 PM - opportunity to earn Saturdays off
