* Mammoth Metal Structures is seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. This is a high-ticket sales role designed for individuals who are hungry to succeed, eager to learn, and motivated by unlimited earning potential.
The ideal candidate is not just looking to “clock in and out,” but is driven to maximize every opportunity, close deals, and grow with a rapidly expanding company. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the design and buying process, building strong relationships, and converting qualified leads into high-value sales.

Duties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to consistently drive sales growth
  • Guide clients through the design phase, including sketching, quoting, and answering questions about our building process
  • Confidently present and sell high-ticket custom metal buildings
  • Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue on every opportunity
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align with current campaigns, market trends, and customer needs
  • Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies and product offerings
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, follow-ups, and deals within our CRM system
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our products competitively
Experience
  • Proven background in sales is required
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence clients
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Most importantly: a strong willingness to learn our products, follow our proven process, and push yourself to earn as much as possible through uncapped commissions
