Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored material handling solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of projects.

The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and preparing customer proposals
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment, warehouse optimization, or B2B sales is preferred
  • Experience in market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client consultations and site visits as needed
