• Greet and engage clients throughout our showroom and via phone, chat, and email.
• Understand each client’s style, needs, and budget to create customized design solutions.
• Provide product recommendations and thoughtful spatial planning.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships through referrals, social media, and networking.
• Set and achieve monthly sales goals with support from leadership and ongoing training.
• Accurately enter and manage sales orders and ensure payment deposits are secured.
• Stay informed and inspired through regular product training and showroom updates.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects our world‑class reputation.

Required:

• 1–3 years of B2C sales or customer engagement experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment.
• Ability to prospect for new clients.
• Comfortable using platforms like email, social media, and basic CRM tools.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or design.
• Experience in home furnishings or interior design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry tools.
