This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or an ATM. You accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and conduct deep conversations with clients to better understand their financial and life priorities and connect them with appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial‑center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Collaborate effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
- Display passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives
- Confidently identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Communicate effectively and confidently, and be comfortable engaging all clients
- Adapt and learn new information and technology platforms
- Educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies
- Apply strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Efficiently manage time and capacity
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client
- Be flexible to work weekends or extended hours as needed
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial‑services industry, products, and solutions
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance)
