Sales Executive – Water & Wastewater Chemical Treatment (Pulp & Paper Industry)
Location - Multiple Locations Throughout the United States
Position Summary
We are seeking multiple highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Executives to drive business growth with pulp and paper customers across multiple U.S. regions. This role is focused on the sale of water and wastewater chemical treatment solutions to pulp and paper manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, proven sales success, and established industry relationships within the pulp and paper market. This position requires consultative selling skills, the ability to identify operational challenges, and the capability to deliver value-driven treatment programs that improve plant performance, efficiency, sustainability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales of water and wastewater treatment chemical programs within pulp and paper facilities
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships across assigned territories
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments within the pulp and paper sector
- Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and technical discussions
- Meet or exceed territory sales goals and performance objectives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or specialty chemical solutions within the pulp and paper industry
- Proven experience selling into pulp and paper mills and related manufacturing facilities
- Technical degree required, preferably in:
Engineering / Chemistry or Pulp & Paper Science - Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships and grow territory revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license required
