This is a 1099-NEC Type role.
The Field Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting UF Corporation Inc's products and services within an assigned territory. This role requires regular travel, customer visits, and a proactive approach to sales and account management. The ideal candidate is self-driven, customer-oriented, and capable of building long‑term partnerships that contribute to company growth.
By delivering exceptional service and supporting customers’ business needs, the Field Representative will play a key role in expanding UF Corporation Inc's market presence and strengthening its reputation for reliability, product availability, and customer satisfaction across North Carolina.
Requirements- Developing and maintaining relationships with stores within North Carolina
- Promote UF Corporation Inc branded products to new and previous customers.
- Conducting store visits to ensure product availability and inventory
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using ERP software
- Traveling to new stores to develop new customers
- Knowledge and/or experience in the tobacco industry is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Valid Driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Base Salary + Commission on Sales
