Outside Sales Professional – Manufacturing & Branding Solutions (Greensboro)

As manufacturing continues to rapidly expand in our region, we are investing in a high-performing outside sales professional to capture this growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build‑the‑business, open‑doors, close‑deals opportunity.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of a high‑potential territory across Greensboro, targeting manufacturers, industrial companies, and growing businesses.

Your Mission
  • Walk into facilities
  • Build relationships with decision‑makers
  • Identify opportunities
  • Deliver solutions that transform how companies present themselves and operate

From plant floor safety signage to full facility rebrands, you’ll help businesses improve visibility, efficiency, and brand presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new business with manufacturing and industrial companies
  • Conduct in‑person visits, cold outreach, and networking to build your pipeline
  • Meet with plant managers, operations leaders, and business owners
  • Identify needs and recommend solutions such as:
    • Interior & exterior signage
    • Safety and compliance visuals
    • Branding and rebranding projects
    • Wayfinding and facility upgrades
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to project completion
  • Build long‑term client relationships and repeat business
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

Preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience with manufacturing, construction, or industrial clients
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary (approx. $50,000 - $75,000 per year)
