- Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
- Close deals and celebrate big wins
- Uncapped commissions + bonuses
- Average reps earn $150,000; top performers earn $300,000+
- Paid training, strong marketing support, and high-quality leads
- iPad, materials, and ongoing development provided
- Fast-paced environment with real advancement opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, energetic, and goal-driven attitude
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation + ability to meet homeowners on their schedule
