Home Front Solutions is hiring driven, professional Fiber Sales Representatives for our High Point, NC market. As a Fiber Sales Rep, you will represent the country's most trusted internet brands directly to homeowners in your assigned territory. We provide everything you need to succeed: comprehensive paid training, branded gear, a defined neighborhood territory, and ongoing coaching from experienced team leaders. Top performers consistently earn $150,000 or more in their first year.

• Engage homeowners in professional, in-person conversations about fiber internet upgrades
• Educate customers on speeds, pricing, installation timelines, and product benefits
• Qualify leads, present custom plans, address objections with confidence
• Close sales at the door and schedule installation appointments
• Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and activation
• Hit daily and weekly targets for doors knocked, conversations held, and deals closed
• Log all activity in the company CRM at the end of each shift
• Represent Home Front Solutions and our partner brands with integrity and professionalism

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
• Smartphone with active data plan
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Coachable, accountable, and eager to learn
• Authorization to work in the United States
• No prior sales experience required. We train you from day one
