Charles Aris is seeking an Associate of Client Partnerships to lead outreach to new and existing clients for Aris Amplify, our contingent recruiting division. This individual will work as part of a small team of business development leaders at Charles Aris Inc., with a dedicated focus on expanding Aris Amplify’s client base. The ideal candidate has one to two years of business development or sales experience in a relevant professional services environment, such as recruiting or consulting, along with a strong sense of accountability, initiative and drive.
Location
North Carolina preferred, with occasional travel to Greensboro.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand relationships with current clients
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients
- Collaborate with a small business development team
- Follow up and connect with marketing leads
- Join account managers on pitch calls
Qualifications
- One to two years of business development or sales experience in a similar professional services environment.
