Customer Engagement Associate

In this role, you will represent client campaigns directly to customers within a retail setting, focusing on brand education, customer engagement, and new account acquisition. You’ll deliver personalized solutions, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to overall team performance while developing skills in marketing, sales, and customer service.

• Professionally representing and promoting clients face-to-face to increase brand awareness
• Provide insight into client services
• Manage customer accounts
• Focus on sales strategies to increase client revenue
• Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends
• Attend regular client training and developmental meetings
• Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns

Customer Engagement Associate Qualifications:

• Experience with working customers and/or teams
