Luxury Bath & Kitchen is looking for a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions using our proven sales process and technology.

Responsibilities- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to discuss their bath remodeling needs.
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based sales system.
- Create customized bath designs using company software.
- Provide product recommendations and pricing solutions.
- Follow up with customers and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Close sales and achieve individual performance goals.
- Attend weekly sales training and development sessions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred; in-home sales experience is a plus.
- Experience in remodeling, construction, windows, roofing, flooring, kitchens, baths, or similar industries is highly valued.
- Comfortable meeting with customers in their homes and presenting solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while following a proven sales process.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are required.
- $80,000 - $225,000+ annual earning potential
