Industrial Automation Sales Manager

The company offers a broad portfolio of automation solutions that help customers improve productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency while supporting long-term sustainability goals.

We are partnering with a global industrial technology organization seeking an experienced Automation Sales Manager to drive growth across key industrial markets. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and promoting automation solutions to OEMs and end users.

• Identify and develop new customers and market segments through proactive business development.
• Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts and uncover new opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to support solution-based selling.
• Drive revenue growth, maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, and achieve sales objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasting, CRM updates, and customer activity reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; electrical engineering background strongly desired.
• 5+ years of sales experience within industrial automation.
• Experience selling products such as VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, motion control, motors, or servo systems.
• Proven success selling into markets such as HVAC, pumping systems, food & beverage, logistics, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with approximately 50% travel.
