Security Officer Screening Specialist – High Point, NC

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM;
Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
Screen patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors at designated entry points in accordance with posted orders and location protocols.
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security‑related concerns to site leadership in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, documenting observations and communicating clearly with staff and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, as assigned, while remaining attentive to changing conditions and screening needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
Customer service experience (preferred).
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required (subject to federal, state, and local laws).
Criminal history considered in compliance with applicable laws.
Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
