Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, log visitor and vehicle activity, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking locations, and perimeter points;
Prepare clear reports on daily activity, access exceptions, incidents, and policy-related concerns, and report unusual conditions to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives
