Security Officer Patrol and Incident Reporting

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the location perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and potential hazards.;
Monitor activity throughout the retail location and maintain a visible presence to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized conduct.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or store leadership when appropriate.;
Document patrol activity and security-related incidents through clear, accurate reports in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.
