Performs maintenance and repair of bay and hangar doors. Must be available for emergency calls after normal working hours. Normal working hours are Monday‑Thursday 0700‑1730.

• Perform general maintenance, inspection, and repairs on bay and hangar doors.
• Execute other related duties as assigned by management.

• Licensed and certified electrician, preferably with two or more years of experience on bay and hangar doors.
• Ability to read, modify, and perform repairs using electrical diagrams.
• OSHA certification to operate a man lift or scissor lift (must obtain).
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.

• Lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl frequently.
• Work near moving mechanical parts and in high or precarious places.
• Work in moderate noise environments and in outdoor weather conditions.
