Ace/ Avant is seeking experienced Commercial Concrete Carpenter Foremen.

The ideal candidate requires ten years of experience of field experience with commercial concrete projects multiple years of experience running large to mid-sized jobs; structural and flatwork concrete experience is needed. Must have a get-it-done attitude.

Essential Functions

• Be responsible and report to work on time.
• Produce high-quality and cost-effective work results.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of all daily tasks.
• Perform visual inspections on equipment and provide reports of conditions and deficiencies.
• Communicate daily plans and goals with other foremen and crew members under their supervision.
• Educate and motivate the crew to accomplish goals safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies during the performance of duties.

Required Skills

• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to read and fully understand blueprints and specifications for concrete and associated trades.
• Proficient problem solver and conflict resolver
• Must pass pre-employment physical screening and must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively working in a team environment.
• Good computer skills are a plus
• Bilingual a plus
