As an I/R Technician, you'll install, repair, and maintain telecommunications equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing residential installations
Troubleshooting and repairing fiber equipment
Following all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
Representing the company professionally with customers
Working in various weather conditions and at heights
Using job management systems to document work
Your own truck or van (required)
Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards
Flexible availability to meet changing schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments
Basic computer proficiency
Contracting with Triage Partners, LLC requires successful completion of:
Drug screening
Background check (including MVR)
