HVAC Lead Installation Technician
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Technician to install new residential heating and cooling systems at client homes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently and safely.
Responsibilities- Install HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Perform site evaluations and equipment selections based on client needs.
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on‑site solutions.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and estimate records.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
- Competitive base salary plus performance‑based bonus program.
- Potential to earn up to $100,000 per year with appropriate experience.
- Sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.
